Targeted 17% project level IRR while achieving 29% IRR on 10 full turn (acquisition, management & disposition) investments. Advanced Excel skills in Proforma financial modeling of multiple real estate asset types including multifamily, office, senior/assisted living, BFR/SFR portfolios and Tax Credit/LIHTC properties. Though my recent experience has focused exclusively on Commercial Real Estate investments and analysis, I previously worked in various senior level institutional capital markets roles including fixed income/equity/derivative portfolio management, trading, model/systems development, market risk management, enterprise strong software / database design, development and consulting.
