Welcome to the ITI Leadership Program!

This program offers a structured and supportive environment for personal and professional growth. Our goal is to help participants become fearless and unstoppable leaders who can effectively guide their minds and inspire others to do the same.

• Time Commitment: The minimum time commitment required to stay active in the group is between 15-20 hours per month. This includes event time, meetings, and assigned exercises.

• In-person meetings: By participating in these meetings, you will continue to grow within the Team Leader Body. These meetings provide education, support, and discussions on assigned exercises. The meeting schedule is from 5 PM to 10:30 PM (See the meeting schedule for specific details). You may miss only one of these meetings throughout the entire program. If you miss a meeting, you can make it up by recreating it with your team leader via Zoom.
